As part of your assessment we will ask you to provide certain personal information for our records. This will be kept private and when not being used by the podiatrist or receptionist, locked away and/or be kept secure on our private computer system. We will not share your information with any other party without your permission.
Missed Appointments
Due to a high volume of missed appointments there is now a 50% charge. Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend.
